About ApplianceMath.ai

Built to Help You Make Smarter Decisions at Home

ApplianceMath.ai is a product of SB Logical Properties LLC — an independent company dedicated to bringing data-driven clarity to the costly, confusing decisions homeowners face every day.

Our Mission

Too many homeowners waste money on repairs that make no financial sense — or replace appliances that had years of life left. We built ApplianceMath.ai to end that guesswork.

Our mission is simple: provide homeowners with clear, honest, data-backed guidance on the high-cost decisions that matter most — starting with appliances, and expanding to every corner of the home where a wrong decision costs real money.

We believe every homeowner deserves access to the same quality of information that an expert would use — without the sales pitch, without the opinion, and without the conflict of interest. Just the math.

What We Believe

We believe a broken appliance shouldn't mean an expensive guess. We believe the difference between a smart decision and a costly mistake is usually just better information. And we believe that information should be free, fast, and built on real data — not manufacturer marketing or repair shop incentives.

How ApplianceMath Works

ApplianceMath.ai uses your zip code, your appliance model number, and industry repair data and proprietary algorithms to generate your ApplianceMath Score — a single, personalized number that tells you whether repair or replacement is the smarter financial move for your household.

Your zip code sets local labor rates. Your model number pulls real repair data and known failure patterns. Together they give you a clear, honest answer in seconds.

Every recommendation is powered by data from the National Association of Home Builders, J.D. Power's 2025 Appliance Reliability & Service Study, and our own growing database of verified repair outcomes. No opinions. No upsells. Just the math.

Our Data Standard

We hold ourselves to what we call the Verified Record Standard. Every data point behind your ApplianceMath Score is drawn from real repair outcomes — not manufacturer estimates, not industry averages, and not guesswork. Our database is updated regularly to reflect current labor markets, parts pricing, and appliance failure trends.

You can review our full data sources and methodology on our Data Sources page.

Who We Are

ApplianceMath.ai is the first property in a growing portfolio of data-driven decision tools built for homeowners. Our goal is to become the most trusted source of financial guidance for the high-cost moments every homeowner inevitably faces.

Our Commitment to Transparency

ApplianceMath.ai earns revenue through affiliate relationships with retailers and parts suppliers. When you click a recommended product or service link, we may earn a commission — at no additional cost to you. These relationships never influence our recommendations. Our AM Score is calculated independently of any commercial relationship. If the math says repair, we say repair. If it says replace, we say replace.
